There are two types of memberships—primary and associate—and three levels of coverage—Basic, Plus, and Premier. Basic members must qualify for an upgrade to Plus or Premier by:
q Being a member for at least one year
q Using fewer than four Roadside Assistance calls in the past 12 months

Rental Car with tow/repair (Hertz) – One-day standard class rental car per household per membership year, when the tow is one of the four available RSA calls. Members or Clubs are responsible for subsequent days rental charges, upgrades, vehicle insurance, mileage and fuel charges, and any other charges, fees, and taxes. Normal rental qualifications, including age restrictions, and other restrictions apply. |

Trip Delay Protection – Reimbursement for certain meal, lodging, or travel expenses when vehicle is mechanically disabled and cannot be driven and member is 100 miles or more from home. Eligible expenses during the first 72 hours following disablement only. This benefit covers expenses required to transport you to your destination or to return home. Expenses incurred at the destination or at home are not covered. |
