Cash Calls

There are several reasons a call could be a cash call. These include, but are not limited to:

- A member is over the call limit Click here to go to Four Call Limit Rules.

- A membership is expired or cancelled

- The members has already been towed by AAA and wants a second tow Click here to go to One Tow Per Disablement

- The members vehicle is not covered by AAA Click here to go to Vehicles Eligible for Service

In the 097 area, only members who are over the call limit are eligible for the *$45 discounted rate. All other members pay the commercial rate set by the station handling the call.

Call Takers must make sure they choose 1 of the 3 reasons in the Cash Call dropdown box on the Call Receiving screen. This will let the responding station know why the call is a cash call and they will charge the member the appropriate rate.
