Commercial Rates

Commercial rates for service are set by each individual station. Do not quote commercial rates to members unless the station providing the service gives the rates. Do not assume the tow rate is $50 for the hook and $3.50 per mile. Many times it is not.

If the member wants the rates, call the station for the rates.

This is especially important on tows for the following:

- The member is getting a 2nd tow for 1 disablement.

- The vehicle is not eligible for service under AAA i.e. not registered.

- The member is expired and not willing to renew.

This does not apply to members who are over the four call limit and are receiving service at a discounted AAA rate.
