Reimbursements

AAA does not guarantee reimbursements.

Members looking for reimbursement should be advised to send in the original bill with a letter of explanation for REVIEW by a club executive. Member Relations will make the determination if and how much the member will be reimbursed.

Invoices must be sent in within 60 days of the member receiving service.

Affiliated members should send bills to their home clubs.

*The exceptions to this policy are members disabled on franchised roads or areas and members whose vehicles were involved in an accident in the 5 boroughs of New York. Members in these situations will receive a reimbursement based on their membership coverage.
