Four Call Limit
FOUR CALL LIMIT
POLICY:
AAA provides up to four service calls per member, any type of service, per membership year. A reimbursement for non-AAA service counts as a call.
If a member is over the limit service will be provided at rates normally below commercial prices. This must be paid for at the time service is rendered.
NOTE: AAA will never leave a member stranded. Never refuse to service a member because the member is over the four call limit.
PROCEDURE:
Advise member that he/she has exceeded the four call limit.
If member wishes to be serviced, we will dispatch service at a discounted rate of $35. This rate covers any basic service including a tow up to 3 miles.
If the member needs a tow more than 3 miles the rate will be $35 for the first 3 miles and $4.50 for each additional mile after the 3rd. This is a reduced rate for AAA members.
