Overentitlement Calls

POLICY:

Members are entitled to 4 calls per membership year.

If a member is over the limit and needs service we will charge a discounted AAA rate for service.

The rates are $35 for any basic service, including a 3 mile tow.

If a member wants a tow more than 3 miles the charge is $45 for the hook and 1st 3 miles and $4.50 per mile for the 4th mile on.

If a member needs gas, the member must pay $45 for the gas delivery service AND must pay the pump price for gas. This applies to Basic and Plus members.

NOTE: These rates ARE ONLY FOR MEMBERS WHO ARE OVER THE CALL LIMIT. THEY SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN AS COMMERCIAL RATES. If a member is getting service on a commercial basis i.e. 2nd tow for same disablement, the tow rates should be gotten from the responding station.

If a member is over the 4 call limit and needs locksmith service (T7, 7A or 7B), the $45 rate does not apply. The member must pay the locksmith's full rate.
