Unregistered Vehicles

POLICY:

AAA does not cover unregistered or uninsured vehicles. Vehicles must be legally drivable to receive service from AAA. The vehicle must have a valid registration and valid plates that match the registration.

AAA provides Emergency Road Service to members who are stranded. AAA is not a tow company or transportation service.

PROCEDURE:

Advise member of policy.

Offer member the name and phone number of the local AAA station so member can arrange commercial service directly with the station.
